Bar Hours: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 10am-close Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9am-Close
Kitchen Hours: 11:00-8pm Daily
all patrons 21 and up. What we lack in space we make up in flavor. Our menu
is hand crafted by our culinarily trained executive chef. Incorporating spices,
sauces and marinades sold throughout the store, and of course featuring
Frank’s Wyoming born, raised and processed beef.
Seating is on a first come first serve basis. If the Bar is full, no need to go
hungry. We also offer orders to-go that can easily be picked up along with
anything else you might need right through our drive-through.
Our cocktail menu is designed with locality and flavor as its main priorities.
House cocktails feature spirits distilled right here in Casper, Wyoming.
You’ll need to be sure to try our signature drink, The Butcher Bloody!
Awarded Casper’s best bloody Mary, it is made up with 307 vodka and topped
with a variety of meat and cheese products that can of course be purchased
from the retail store to enjoy at home as well. We also have local Wyoming
breweries on tap regularly!
