BEST COOKED ON

Prime Rib can be cooked in the oven, smoker or deep fat fried! Frank's Signature way is roasting in the oven with your favorite seasoning on the outside. Crank that oven up to 450 degrees for 20 minutes and then turn that oven down for a few hours until it reaches your desired temperature!

COOKING TIPS

Make sure to use a cooking thermometer when cooking prime rib. Insert that thermometer directly into the center of the roast for the most accurate reading! Use one that can go into the roast and can be read outside the oven to ensure that you are not over or under cooking you tasty meat!
